Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SocialSellinator, LLC (“SocialSellinator,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information through socialsellinator.com (the “Site”) and our marketing communications. When we process personal information on a client’s behalf, our handling is subject to the applicable client agreement, data-processing terms and law. The client’s own privacy notice may govern its collection and use of that information. This Policy continues to apply to information we collect for our own Site and marketing purposes.

Information we collect

  • ✓Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company, job title, and anything else you enter when you fill out a form, book a meeting, subscribe to our newsletter, or email us.
  • ✓Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, time on pages, and similar usage data, collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. We use Google Analytics to collect and analyze this information.

How we use it

  • ✓To respond to your inquiries and schedule meetings.
  • ✓To send newsletters and other promotional emails when you separately subscribe or otherwise provide any consent required by applicable law. Submitting an inquiry, booking a meeting or requesting a resource does not by itself enroll you in an automated marketing sequence. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time. We may still send non-promotional messages needed to respond to you or administer an engagement.
  • ✓To measure and improve the Site and our marketing, including advertising on other platforms.
  • ✓To protect the Site and comply with legal obligations.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use cookies, pixels, embedded tools and similar technologies to operate the Site, measure use and, where enabled and permitted, measure or personalize advertising. Some advertising providers may collect information about your activity across websites over time and use it to measure advertising or show ads.

You can limit this:

Do Not Track

Do Not Track is a browser signal that is different from Global Privacy Control and other legally recognized opt-out preference signals. Our treatment of legally recognized opt-out signals is described in the applicable privacy-rights notice below.

How we share information

We disclose personal information to hosting, email, CRM, scheduling and other service providers to operate the Site and our business, subject to applicable contractual restrictions. We may also disclose cookie identifiers, device information and activity data to analytics and advertising providers for the purposes described in “Cookies, analytics, and advertising”; those providers’ permitted uses depend on the applicable contracts, settings and law. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate protections. We do not rent or sell contact lists for monetary payment. Certain disclosures for targeted advertising may nevertheless constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable privacy law. Where those laws apply, the rights and controls described below apply.

Your choices and requests

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each message or contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law, including for legal obligations, security and dispute resolution. Applicable privacy laws may provide additional rights, which are described in any applicable jurisdiction-specific notice below. We will handle requests within the time required by applicable law. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary non-promotional service communications.

Applicable privacy rights and opt-out controls

Depending on your location, applicable privacy laws may provide rights to access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses or disclosures of your personal information. To submit a privacy-related request, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests and will respond in accordance with applicable law. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics tracking, you can also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Retention depends on the information’s purpose, our relationship with you, legal obligations, security needs and the establishment or defense of legal claims. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, subject to applicable law and routine backup retention.

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
